OCTOBER CHALLENGE VOTING RULES

Hello everyone. I've heard your concerns about the voting system, and they are completely valid. There has been vote-botting, and the system that was currently in place wasn't working. With that said, I am listening to what some of the community members have suggested, which is to have it so only users who have posted a build on Prompted can vote. That way, it is verified that they are a real posting account, and it's not just some bot accounts. This is the way voting will be done in future challenges also. Thank you for your suggestions and please feel free to reach out with any concerns!
